The initial interaction was positive and the team was accommodating. However, after requesting to be contacted, it took three months for someone to email me, stating they couldn't make a call. Is it even legal to prescribe medication without a phone call? When I asked for a different prescription due to adverse effects, I was told I would need to pay again. It seems like every renewal comes with an extra charge! Very disappointing.
