Horrible experience. Extremely disappointing. Caution, they may be a scam. I’ve been charged TWICE and received nothing. Not a single dose has arrived, yet they’ve charged me and claimed both were sent. I initiated my process with this service about three weeks ago and have seen no results. We attempted to reach out to the support team, but there was no assistance, and now I’m out over $900 with nothing to show for it. This platform is a SCAM. Do not trust them with your money.
The initial interaction was pleasant and the team was very accommodating. However, after requesting to be contacted, I did not hear back for three months. Eventually, I received an email stating they couldn't call me. Is it acceptable to prescribe medication while refusing to communicate directly? When I asked about switching to a different medication due to adverse effects, I was told I would have to pay again. It seems unreasonable to expect payment for each renewal! Quite frustrating!
I find this new type of health platform to be quite beneficial, but I believe the company is not managing their patients effectively. I began my treatment journey this past August, starting with the recommended dose of .25mg. After that, I expected to increase the dosage. However, the physician mistakenly raised my dosage to 2.4mg instead of .75mg, which made me extremely ill; I couldn't keep food down for over 24 hours, stayed home for a week, and was unable to work. It took months before I felt well enough to consider continuing. During that time, the company reached out, apologized, and checked on my condition. Just last week, I felt ready to resume the medication. The company prescribed a 1.7mg pen, which I later realized is also not a recommended starting dose. I spent the first day vomiting and then took another 7-8 days to recover. I have since learned that I should have started back at .25mg, as 1.7mg is the maintenance dose. Once could be an oversight, but twice feels like negligence. They have ignored my messages and offered a small refund on my subscription, not considering how their mismanagement has impacted my wellbeing. I am truly disappointed.
