I believe this new health platform has great potential, but the management of patients could be better. I began my journey with the recommended dosage and was later mistakenly given a much higher dose, which made me extremely ill. It took months to recover. Although the team reached out to apologize, I recently received another incorrect prescription that caused further issues. Their oversight is concerning, and they have not adequately addressed my messages or the impact of their mistakes on my health. I'm quite disappointed.
