I was led to believe that my insurance had pre-approved me but they hadn’t. When I submitted the claim they refused it. The second shipment was sent automatically two weeks prior to needing it and my credit card charged again. My insurance asked me to fill in an authorization form from the Dr and DooU refused and said my family physician had to do it. My family doctor won’t do it because he doesn’t prescribe anything for weight loss no matter the circumstances. So I am now out $1000 when it wasn’t in my budget because DooU mislead me. 🤬Regarding DooU reply- I have contacted your customer care team and they are unwilling to fill in my pre-authorization forms. This is why I have written the review I did. Let’s not fool ourselves into believing that you provide this service for people that have a family Dr that are in favor of prescribing weight loss medication and are surviving on misleading client/patients to earn your sales. If DooU wants to fix this they can contact me directly and fill in the pre-authorization forms already emailed to your customer care team.
