The renews happens really quick, but if you actually need to contact their support it is a terrible experience.They just reply pre defined answers, looks like you are speaking to a robot, and for some reason you cannot follow up on the chat, so if you have a follow up question into something they said you, you need to open a new chat which doesn’t make sense, but as soon as someone reply your question they close chat and you cannot write more, so you end up with tons of chats opened.The main issue I have with them is because I was taking monjauro 10mg and seen a lot of results, but asked to change medication once monjauro is expensive.They did put me on ozempic 1mg for 3 months even though I asked for a higher dose, obviously such a lower dose didnt take any effect and I spent a lot of money for no results.It has been a fight for them to understand they should put me in a equivalent dose, they just considered I was starting a new treatment and this is it, so a lot of money spent for no reason.Support just reply automatic pre defined answer and doesn’t look at other chats to understand the situation.In summary, is a good choice if you will stay in the same medication and don’t need to speak to anyone about your treatment.
