Thank you for completely turning my weight loss journey upside down. I was on their program for 2 months and was approved for Ozempic. I then paid for their 6 month assessment fee and, when a new doctor looked at my file, DooU decided to just dump me on the spot even though there was no new information to base that decision on. I was never spoken to but just sent a message. No mention of a refund until I asked for it (fyi to be fair the assessment fee was refunded promptly). Also, I spent $600 on Ozempic pens trying to build towards the therapeutic level and to be just dumped by a different DooU doctor means that I wasted my money. I’m speechless. They just don’t care. Thanks for wasting my money and time guys. BUYER BEWARE. Please, please don’t give this company your hard earned money. I had the rug pulled out from underneath me and I don’t want this happening to anyone else!!!
