The initial interaction was pleasant and the team was very accommodating. However, after requesting to be contacted, I did not hear back for three months. Eventually, I received an email stating they couldn't call me. Is it acceptable to prescribe medication while refusing to communicate directly? When I asked about switching to a different medication due to adverse effects, I was told I would have to pay again. It seems unreasonable to expect payment for each renewal! Quite frustrating!
