I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dope Factory. After placing an order worth over £500, I was shocked to be asked to pay nearly £200 in customs and return-related charges when the parcel arrived in the UK. I refused the delivery due to the unexpected fees — only to be told that these charges would be deducted from my refund.Although their terms may technically mention this, the lack of transparency during the purchase process is unacceptable. The return process was unclear and costly, and customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout.This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will not be shopping with them again. I strongly advise others to read the fine print very carefully — or better yet, avoid the risk altogether.
