Review Time
I ordered a Rier Walker Overcoat (€585) described as "brand new and unworn." Before buying I specifically asked them to verify mint condition. They confirmed.
The coat arrived with a stretched buttonhole, loose yarns, and heavy creasing. I contacted RIER directly — the brand's founder reviewed my photos and confirmed the damage was from "hanging for a long time on a hanger" and that the item appeared "tried on a few times already."
Dope Factory dismissed the manufacturer's assessment and refused to acknowledge any issue.
Returning from Japan was an ordeal. Despite four written confirmations that I was "welcome to return" and an offer to generate a return label, they later claimed no formal authorization existed once the box arrived.
The final insult: they deducted €235.50 from my refund for Italian customs charges. The Poste Italiane paperwork shows they filed the return as a standard business purchase instead of a return of previously exported goods — ignoring their own original export invoice that would have qualified for a duty exemption.
Of €585 paid, I received roughly €300 back. The brand says it wasn't new. The store says it was. I'll trust the people who made the coat.
Update: The store replied claiming the return was "outside the standard deadline." This is false — the item was delivered on February 9 and the return was requested on February 10, one day later, well within their 14-day return window.
If you're an international buyer, avoid this store.

Ordered a toteme shirt which was £225 including shipping on dope factory. The shirt was £400 cheaper than on every other website. Shirt was ordered on Saturday and received on Wednesday (shipped to UK) No additional customs etc charges was a huge bonus! Excellent service- will definitely purchase again in the future.
At First i had some doubts about the shop, but I’m very glad, everything worked out very well. When I ordered, the shop had vacation for one week. But as soon as they opened again, they immediately started to sent my order out and answered all my requests. The ordered Stone Island Jacket has been exactly what I ordered. As a goodie, they added a tote bag and a pair of socks. I’ll definitely buy again. P.s. Special thanks to Mauro Marotta, who reached out to me.
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dope Factory. After placing an order worth over £500, I was shocked to be asked to pay nearly £200 in customs and return-related charges when the parcel arrived in the UK. I refused the delivery due to the unexpected fees — only to be told that these charges would be deducted from my refund.Although their terms may technically mention this, the lack of transparency during the purchase process is unacceptable. The return process was unclear and costly, and customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will not be shopping with them again. I strongly advise others to read the fine print very carefully — or better yet, avoid the risk altogether.
I ordered a Jacquemus Le Chiquito long bag from Dope. It was my first purchase and I was abit skeptical of the quality of the merchandise. HOWEVER.....I was very pleasantly surprised. Beautiful authentic bag which arrived the next day and I am very impressed. I Will definitely recommend Dope.
