After exchanging several emails about backlogged order I was being told that order will be despatched soon. In the end I got frustrated in seeing items being restocked but none of my orders being sent out. By this point I written a bad review, opened PayPal case and informed customer service about my actions. After I seen Dope Factory reply to a different review where they explained due to coronavirus their logistics were running at a limited capacity... Dope Factory also replied to my heated email and explained things a bit more clearer that products are being sold because of them being uploaded onto system which is being picked up by monitors when meant to be hidden. Finally have just received shipping confirmation of one of my orders so I think the best course of action is to have patience and if any orders are placed then expect substantial delays as with most stores.
