First their excuses is Corona, then it because if the staff that is sick at home, the loads of orders they need to go through. And every time excuses from their side for the delay. Two weeks ago they promised to refund me, but untill now no response nor a refund. Nike should be ashamed to give a retailer that perform this bad a Tier 0-account.Update: they reached out to me after posting this review. To let me know they gonna refund me and to delete this review. Three weeks after they contacted me I received my money.
