This was probably the baddest shopping experience i've ever had. I waited 3 weeks that the shop will ship my items without being succesful (they really don't shipped after 3 weeks!!). Now i wait for days to get a refund. The email says "as soon as possible" they will refund me. I mean what? This is a luxury shop and they don't know when they will refund their customers after letting them wait for weeks to not get an item the customer paid for??Also they don't have a phone number. So you can not call the shop if you get scammed like me. Don't buy at Dope Factory!
