Beware ordering from this shop. "Customer service" is the biggest joke ever. I placed an order on the 31th of december. After I waited a couple of days, I wrote them and asked when I can expect shipping. They told me they'll ship my order within a week. I waited again... And waited. And waited. After two weeks I wrote them again and got the answer that they had so many orders during a bot attack or some bullsh*t and they have to make sure only legit orders get shipped. I waited again for one week and asked again. Then I got the message that they'll cancel and refund my order in two weeks. No excuse, nothing. For real? I already waited one month to get my order shipped and now they are telling me I'll get a refund in two weeks?? Don't think I ever had a more worse experience buying from a store than Dope Factory. Now I'm waiting since a month for the refund and didn't got a single cent back... Don't buy from them, you'll regret it!! EDIT: four month later I'm still waiting for the refund. Scam factory at its best. These dudes will steal your money 100%
