Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.Don’t trust them, I bought an item in early December of 2018 and they told me it will shipped after Jan 6th. However I had to message them on Jan 17th to see when but they said they are refunding my money. They had my money for so long and didn’t even apologize or didn’t even give me promo or anything. The worst customer service and shoe store.
