I placed an order on the 28th of December, after which I heard nothing from the Company about my order, so i emailed them a week later with my Order Number to get an update on my order to which they replied after many emails sent to say that they will be dispatching all orders soon as they were busy during this busy period, Okay fine, slightly understandable even though I paid roughly €15 for shipping, anyway 2 more weeks pass and I emailed them constantly and no replied from them at all, I even tried to get their store number from Google, the number for both stores was dead, they finally replied the beginning of the 4th week since I placed my order to tell me that my orders been Cancelled! Wow, To my amazing shock and utter disappointment they did absolutely nothing to rectify or resolve the situation or offer any goodwill either for their absolutely disgusting, 3rd class, unprofessional service, I would not recommend anyone to shop at this online web store as they are completely and utterly incompetent!
