I've emailed them countless times about not receiving my refund for the returned items (that they confirmed had arrived at their warehouse.) Their answer ratio is probably around 1 out of 4 emails FYI. When they finally answered me back (in poor English) it was just for the sake of buying more time... "is it sure that your credit card hasn't been refunded?" "do you confirm that you haven't received it yet?" "we proceeded your refund last week." "by the way we will check to the bank why." ...then 4 weeks pass without hearing a single word. Clearly, I'm not going to see those €502.41 ever again... So please, take my advice and STAY AWAY!!
