Completely unacceptable experience. It took 24 days for my order to arrive, leaving me no time to exchange it as it was intended as a Christmas gift. I requested a refund, but was initially told I could only exchange. After several emails, they offered me 20% back, then 30%. Eventually, they sent me a return "request" link, requiring detailed photos and explanations, which took additional days for approval. Returning an unopened item resulted in 27 days of back-and-forth communication over 30+ emails. After finally receiving a return label, I was informed I would have to cover the cost out of my refund. The refund has been continually delayed, with 10 days spent "inspecting the returned item". The company confirmed they received the item back, yet no refund has been issued. Now, 51 days after placing my order, they have had the unopened item for 12 days and my money, with no updates on the refund timeline. I do not recommend this company. Shipping was terrible, and customer service was exceptionally poor. Don't be misled by their branding; this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service.
