Review Time
I am a long time silk sleep mask wearer. I saw an ad for these masks on social media and decided to give it a try. I ordered on January 15 and did receive it within a week I believe. I liked the look of it so well I ordered a second one. The mask is very cute and comfortable except the Velcro needs to be placed on the mask with the loops facing away from your head so hair doesn’t get caught. After only using it for 3 weeks I noticed a hole in the seam at the bridge of the nose. I contacted customer service on February 17 and after sending a picture and a video at their request I was offered a return of 10% of the purchase price. It was suggested that I take that 10% ($4.00) to a tailor to repair the mask. Really? First off I bought what I expect to be a quality product and I’m now told to take time out of my day, the cost of gas and the $4.00 to have it repaired. Well I repaired it myself. I have sewn most of my life and can tell you that the problem was that the seam had been sewn right in the edge without enough fabric. Although I have repaired it I don’t expect it to last. I have mulberry silk masks that I have purchased in the past for about a quarter of the price and they are good as new even after years of wear. Yes, they were made in China, but so are these so…..Honestly had there been an “I’m so sorry let us make this right”, I would not have written this. This is the review you deserve when you insult someone by offering them $4.00.
Best sleep mask I have ever had, so much so I ordered a second one. Superb quality and comes is luxe packaging. Totally blocks the light and super comfortable to wear and can adjust for a snug fit. Highly recommend Dore and Rose products

If it were possible to give a zero rating, I would. I am currently in the sixth week of the returns process, and the customer support is terrible. The quality of the products is subpar as well. I strongly recommend considering the one-star reviews before making a purchase from this seller!
I’m giving a 5-star rating because of the excellent, personalized service provided and the high quality of the products. I would have rated it 4 stars solely due to the lack of transparency in shipping information. It seemed like there was no label for a while, and then the package took quite some time to arrive before it suddenly showed up. I understand that the company cannot control the delivery service, but they should work on improving transparency, especially since everything can be tracked digitally.
Completely unacceptable experience. It took 24 days for my order to arrive, leaving me no time to exchange it as it was intended as a Christmas gift. I requested a refund, but was initially told I could only exchange. After several emails, they offered me 20% back, then 30%. Eventually, they sent me a return "request" link, requiring detailed photos and explanations, which took additional days for approval. Returning an unopened item resulted in 27 days of back-and-forth communication over 30+ emails. After finally receiving a return label, I was informed I would have to cover the cost out of my refund. The refund has been continually delayed, with 10 days spent "inspecting the returned item". The company confirmed they received the item back, yet no refund has been issued. Now, 51 days after placing my order, they have had the unopened item for 12 days and my money, with no updates on the refund timeline. I do not recommend this company. Shipping was terrible, and customer service was exceptionally poor. Don't be misled by their branding; this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service.
I'm absolutely delighted with my recent products. The quality has surpassed my expectations — the fabric is incredibly soft and feels luxurious, while also being very comfortable to wear.
