I have to say that the quality of the product is very good. If this review would solely, focus on the quality of the product I have to be honest and provide a 5 star rating. However, there is more to a product than just its quality.
The reason why I am not satified with this product overall is the handling of the product. First they write you that, because of climate reasons they only dispatch twice a week. I think this is BS and is causing more harm than anything. Furthermore then I used regular shipping which states 5-9 days but it took closer to a month.
This is the second time I order and this is the second time that their shipping policy dissapoints. Furthermore then you have to invest time in emails, back and forth becuase when you want to call them there is no number. They try to hide their number, so you only want to reach out via email and once after googeling the number you will find this: +1(800) 555-1234.
Do not thin about calling it because it does not work.
The conclusion is that an amazing product gets harmed due to a lack shitty shipping policy and to many back and fourth emails.
