I placed an order on March 13, 2026. On March 17, a shipping label was created. As of today, March 23, the tracking status remains in "Pre-Transit" / "Shipping Label Created" with no physical handover to the carrier.
When I contacted customer support regarding the lack of movement, they stated the package is "moving along," which contradicts the official tracking data. I requested a full refund because the item has not physically dispatched. Support declined my refund request and instead offered a $10 store voucher, which I refused.
Additionally, buyers should note that according to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, the company's listed Delaware address is "a mail forwarding/registered agent location only and not the location of the business."
Since the merchant refuses to cancel an order that hasn't physically shipped, I have had to initiate a chargeback dispute through my bank for "Goods Not Received." I advise future buyers to monitor their tracking closely.
