DO NOT BUY FROM DORISK. This company needs to be urgently prosecuted and shut down by the authorities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumers have the right to return goods of unsatisfactory quality under the act and request a refund. I have been trying to get my money back for two dogs I returned - over a month of emails (at least they reply, but I think they are playing with me or using AI to reply) The dogs were of the poorest quality and I feel I was misled, under the distance selling regulations in place in the UK as they are certainly not as described. I am still waiting for a refund since the end of October/start of November.
