Review Time
Having ordered a product from the company in December, I have just received the item damaged and items missing from the set. 2 months of waiting, disappointment, and most probably out of pocket. Should have read reviews prior to the purchase from them.
I would not even give this a single star if it weren't necessary for the review. The item arrived weeks after the expected date, was not as described, and instead of a presentation box, it was poorly packaged with bubble wrap and tape. Trying to get a refund has been exhausting; they seem to do everything possible to avoid it, offering reduced refunds of around 20% and not wanting the item returned—clearly a subpar product! The return address is also untraceable by the postal service. Very disappointing company, lacking in customer service; avoid giving them your money!
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller or their robot dogs. The products are low quality and not worth the asking price. I'm currently attempting to obtain a refund and return labels, but they are refusing to provide them. They even suggested a 40% discount, which I declined. I plan to report them to the relevant authorities.
I encountered misleading information about a product I bought. I ordered a toy dog but received a low-quality imitation instead. They used an advertisement from the original manufacturers but sent a cheap version. It's unacceptable that this service is allowed to deceive customers, especially since it wasn't inexpensive and was meant as a gift for children.
I agree with all the other negative reviews. The robotic dog is a total scam. It doesn't perform as advertised and is far from fit for purpose. I've been exchanging emails, and they keep offering to increase my refund. We're now at 60% from an initial 30%. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I should have read the reviews first. These puppies are the cheap plastic ones found in discount shops that just bark. My daughter has had several, and they break within hours. They look nothing like the website photos. The previous ones I bought from discount stores were only £5. It took two weeks to arrive from overseas, and now I have two useless toys and £40 lost. DO NOT BUY.
I bought what was claimed to be a realistic robot puppy. It's not at all; don't waste your money. It's just a cheap barking toy that you can find at discount stores. The advertisement was completely misleading. Straight to the trash.
I'm utterly disappointed; this product is nothing like advertised. It's cheap and poorly made, with unpadded paws. The tongue is just a piece of felt that doesn't move, and the dog only takes a couple of steps. Straight to the trash, total waste of money.
