My experience with Dormio has been appalling, not just at the hotel level but at the corporate level as well. After being subjected to a FREEZING room and an aggressive manager who tried to CALL THE POLICE TO TRY AND OVERCHARGE ME, I contacted Dormio to comment on the matter.Despite the severity of the incident, they have failed to reply. It is clear that Dormio does not take guest feedback seriously. If you have a problem at one of their resorts, do not expect any help from their headquarters. I will be taking this matter to the consumer protection authorities.
