This location was beautiful, clean, and safe. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and flexible. We visited in February and were pleasantly surprised to have beautiful weather. My entire family enjoyed our visit and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

My experience with Dormio has been appalling, not just at the hotel level but at the corporate level as well. After being subjected to a FREEZING room and an aggressive manager who tried to CALL THE POLICE TO TRY AND OVERCHARGE ME, I contacted Dormio to comment on the matter.Despite the severity of the incident, they have failed to reply. It is clear that Dormio does not take guest feedback seriously. If you have a problem at one of their resorts, do not expect any help from their headquarters. I will be taking this matter to the consumer protection authorities.
It was for my partner and myself the 2nd time we stayed during winter season in Les Portes Du Grand Massif Dormio - Flaine. The employees are so kind and helpfull and also making it possible to have acces to the sauna, jacuzzi, gymroom and swimmingpool after a ski session is a big bonus for Dormio. The appartement was equipped with everything you needed like you were at your own home and extra’s. In general everything was great, check-in, parking, location, appartment and the restaurant. We were searching for the perfect hotel/ appartement for a few years, and now we decided to keep booking in Flaines for the few years coming. Thank you for the great stay and service. Great stay and nice house. The beds are fairly comfortable, but the pillows are too soft. The house is generally clean, but it would benefit from being washed with water (our socks were black after just the first day). There is no hairdryer, iron, or enough plates and cutlery (for example, only 5 large plates and 5 forks, which was fine since we were not 6 people). Otherwise, the place is quiet and the house is quite nice. Thank you for the welcome! The two young people at reception are great!
