I bought this pillow because I was looking for perfect pillow that can support my neck and I can have a great sleep without any discomfort that I always do. I have read some reviews and found this pillow Dosaze. I got it quickly, pillow is nice and fomed. With visible and feelable neck support. But unfortunately it didn't fit to me. I think I just get used to regular pillow and it needs time to adjust yourself to orthopedic one. I had to email them to return my pillow. And they have a great service about it! They asked me what was my concern: to soft or to hard, low or high etc. And they kindly offered me another one with my adjustments for free with no need to return my pillow. And plus 30 more days for tryout, which is 60 in total! I got the new pillow in couple days, softer as I asked, but the same hight since the lower was unavailable. I tried the new, but unfortunately this one didn't fit as well. I emailed them to let them know and they refund me a full price with no need to return any pillows. Just asked to donate them to somebody.
