At the end of my quest for the perfect pillow, I finally found the size and type of pillow that works for me. Dosaze customer service was with me every step of the way, guiding me toward which product might be best for me, and allowed me to try the pillow risk free. Even after I asked for a refund, they offered to let me try a different pillow based on my needs. My neck is long so I needed a pillow with more ‘loft’. I had such a great experience with this company. I never take the time to leave a review, but they deserve it!!! They took the ‘risk’ out of the equation. Bravo Dosaze!
I purchased the Cervical Orthopedic Pillow and have found it to be excellent in every way. It is firm yet sufficiently soft for one's head to sink into; it is comfortable and fits the contour of one's shoulder; it is pillow-case size so one doesn't have to purchase a different pillow case; and it holds the head in straight alignment from the torso while supporting the neck well. Furthermore, my communication with the customer service team was also excellent! They responded quickly, courteously, and were helpful in every way! Dosaze's products and the company as a whole are outstanding!
Caryl, was so kind and understanding throughout my whole process trying to find the right pillow, I gave the first one a try for about a month and it wasn’t working out, she suggested I try another one that she felt would be supportive and very inquisitive about what might work for me. I gave one more a shot and unfortunately it didn’t work either.
She just asked I donated the pillows to someone in need then I was able to get full refund.
Even though I didn’t find the right pillow I still highly recommend this company for their excellent service!
This company is a stand out in customer service. I ordered some highly-rated towels, and they were great at keeping me informed of the delivery progress. When I got them, the color was not quite a match for my bathroom, so I contacted them about exchanging them for a different color.
The response was personalized and timely in accordance with the receipt message they sent. I felt that I got a response from a real person who understood my needs.
Since the other color was sold out, they gave me a refund, and asked me to donate, upcycle, or give the towels to someone who could use them. By doing so, they saved me time in returning, cost, and waste. They have earned my loyalty to their brand for my future needs.
I am looking forward to purchasing from this store again in the future.
We received the pillow very quickly. The memory foam was nice and soft, however, It wasn't the right one for us. I give the company 5 stars for providing us with full refund quickly. Great company to deal with.
Amazing customer service! The pillow just didn’t work for me and they offered to exchange it or provide a refund. They were sold out of the other one I wanted to try. I opted for the refund. I plan to keep an eye out on other one when is back in stock.

My husband and I have accumulated a collection of old pillows over the years. We've tried numerous options, only to end up disappointed and discarding them. My husband has dealt with severe neck pain, while I have struggled with shoulder discomfort. After seeing a great deal on the Dosaze pillow, I took the plunge and bought one to get one free. This has turned out to be the best choice we could have made. For the first time, we both woke up without any shoulder or neck pain. I wanted to wait a full week before sharing my thoughts, as that's usually enough time to gauge a pillow's quality. A week later, we couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend this pillow—it's finally one that lives up to its promises.
I would rate the customer service five stars, as the company has been excellent. However, this review focuses on the pillow itself. I had high expectations, but it turned out to be too firm and too flat, lacking any cooling properties. While it felt cool initially, it quickly retained more heat than any pillow I've used before. Given the strong reviews and the price, I truly anticipated this would be a worthwhile purchase, but it ultimately didn't work for either me or my partner.
