Dosage has excellent customer service and honors their hassle-free, environmentally responsible return policy. Although the regular and softer version pillows did not work for me unfortunately, the return and refund process was easy. I believe the shredded, adjustable pillow would have done the trick for me but unfortunately it's not yet available in Canada. Great company to deal with.
