I want to provide this feedback in the hope that it’s taken constructively, as I truly want to see this company succeed. I hope they review it carefully and make the necessary changes to create a better experience for future travelers.I recently joined the girls-only Morocco trip that several other reviewers have commented on, and unfortunately, I share many of the same concerns. From the very start, there were significant issues.CommunicationThere was a severe lack of communication before and during the trip. I learned three days into the trip that emails, a Zoom call, and a WhatsApp group had been sent out prior - none of which I ever received, despite booking eight months in advance and providing my contact information. The company should have ensured that every traveler received this info. On the trip itself, updates were inconsistent and last-minute - often we were given only 30 minutes’ notice to be somewhere, leaving us constantly chasing information.HostingThe local Moroccan guide was absolutely incredible - he managed a large group with professionalism and care. However, the DOTC host’s role was unclear. She did not provide guidance, answer questions, or support the group in any meaningful way, and seemed more focused on spending time with her friends who were also on the trip than on ensuring travelers had what they needed.Group Size & LogisticsWhen I booked, I was told the group would be capped at 15–20 people. Instead, there were 27. This had a ripple effect across the entire trip. We were rebooked into hotels instead of riads, which did not match the promised quality. The oversized group also caused constant delays and made it impossible to follow the itinerary as planned. Several activities that were advertised and included in the cost were skipped entirely, without explanation of how those funds were reallocated.Overall ExperienceAll of us invested significant money, time, and energy into what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip. While I’m grateful for the friendships made and the chance to visit Morocco, the overall experience did not live up to expectations. Many of us left feeling disappointed and that we did not receive the value we paid for.
