'Dossier' should be synonymous with 'thief.' I placed an order last week and have yet to receive any communication about it. There's been no official confirmation, invoice, receipt, status update, tracking information, or any emails whatsoever. My order doesn’t even show up on their site. The only reason I have my order number is that I thought to take a screenshot of the confirmation page when I placed the order. I've been communicating with their email 'support' for days. They have escalated the issue twice, yet I haven't received any updates. I've provided them with the screenshot of the order confirmation and ample proof, including the cleared charge on my bank account, but they have done nothing. They claim they 'can’t locate the order.' Well, you took my money, so there must be a record of it. What do you mean you can't find it? You certainly managed to find MY money to take it from my bank account. Unbelievable.
