I've been purchasing from Dossier for 6+ years! Every year at X-Mas I buy 6-10 Fragrances for me & the family, and absolutely love the Dossier+ monthly subscription! I've bought over 40 bottles of Dossier and haven’t had to send one bottle back! My favorites involve "Fiery Leather & Rhubarb", "Ambery Cherry", "Yellow Daze", and "Woody Tobacco", with many more greats I'm not mentioning!

i HAD A ISSUE WITH MY ACCOUNT.It was my fault and I was so frustrated. i TRIED THE ROBOTS MY ACCOUNT WOULD NOT OPEN. Cristian reached out from customer service and suggested all kinds of stuff. Finally we got it going I was able to order all the great scents again. Cristian was so patient, and supportive. Thanks DOSSIER for hiring great people. Thanks again Cristian Respectfully LeAnne
I was excited to placed my first order and I kinda messed up with my phone number (I wrote my old one instead of the new ones) I was so happy to see that I promptly received a reply from them! With that kind of customer service, it tells so much already with how they do business.
I still have not received my order but I know I am gonna get premium scents in a few days. So happy that my friend recommended Dossier!
My experience with this service has been very frustrating. I received a damaged item and was left waiting over 12 hours for a response, only to be told to return it and that I would be charged $3.99 for their error. This seems very unfair. After I expressed my concerns, I was ignored completely. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service. Update: I appreciate receiving nothing in my inbox, which feels like an attempt to cover up their shady practices. Thanks for starting the year off on such a bad note.
I’m truly impressed with the service. The fragrance I received closely resembles the original designer scent and has excellent longevity. It offers great value, has clean packaging, and the shipping was quick. I will certainly make another purchase.
'Dossier' should be synonymous with 'thief.' I placed an order last week and have yet to receive any communication about it. There's been no official confirmation, invoice, receipt, status update, tracking information, or any emails whatsoever. My order doesn’t even show up on their site. The only reason I have my order number is that I thought to take a screenshot of the confirmation page when I placed the order. I've been communicating with their email 'support' for days. They have escalated the issue twice, yet I haven't received any updates. I've provided them with the screenshot of the order confirmation and ample proof, including the cleared charge on my bank account, but they have done nothing. They claim they 'can’t locate the order.' Well, you took my money, so there must be a record of it. What do you mean you can't find it? You certainly managed to find MY money to take it from my bank account. Unbelievable.
