I have been having issues for 4 days mostly caused by myself but some was your smartermail issues. This call was fixed by the support gentleman who saw that all the email space was used up. It appeared as I was forwarding emails to a different email it was also putting them in the sent folder (which I would expect) but also the deleted items folder. This caused the mailbox to be full and prevented me from sending. This guy was great figured it out right away. but over the last 4 days I made a lot of calls for other issues that were also fixed by the support team. I am very grateful for all their help.
