I've been with Doteasy since 2019. This year, a few days before my annual charge went through, I got a notification about my upcoming charge and I noticed my annual price jumped by ~50%.
After reaching out, they told me they made an error, which I understand happens but I have clients who went through a very similar circumstance a couple months ago... Big prices jumps to loyal customers with very little notice.
The customer support team has been quick to reply but I then found out multiple errors were made on past invoices leaving room for concern and confusion.
I have limited knowledge about technology, but the technician who assisted me provided explanations that were straightforward and easy to understand. I felt quite assured that the insights gained from our discussion would address my needs effectively.
