The customer support chat was extremely unsatisfactory; I felt belittled after multiple complaints. To make matters worse, they deleted my account after I had deposited my funds! I've requested a refund of £60.00, which is just a fraction of my total deposit. They have asked me to take down my review, but I made it clear that I would only do so if I received my refund. I refuse to be pressured into anything without receiving the compensation I'm owed.
