Doublepoint.nl did fail to deliver a paid expensive product. After more than 4(!) months they still did not deliver, despite many many promises. Even when I cancelled the order it took them 3 weeks to pay back my money!I, by the way, ordered the same product elsewhere, delivery took only 2 days ...It seems like a structural problem that Doublepoint does not stick to agreements, and also communication is very very slow and not very fact-based.It took me many emails, that were hardly answered, many chats, that for some reason always automatically stopped during the conversation. Many phonecalls did unfortunately have the same effect.All of the above did cause many frustrations and also impacted by trust level. As an audiophile you simply want to enjoy listening to your high-end product asap.The employees in general are friendly, but agreements made seem to always end up unreliable, and the reasons for not meeting promises made could never be explained in hindside.I am very disappointed in Doublepoint.nl, I will never buy any product again from them, and I do not recommend you to buy at Doublepoint.nl.Sorry for my realistic feedback, I'd wish I had better advice.
