Before ordering, I had read many negative complaints about Doublepoint on MyDealz, including claims that products were not shipped and customers eventually had to recover their money through Visa or PayPal chargebacks. Since this was my first order, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. In hindsight, I regret not taking those warnings more seriously.
I ordered an AV receiver on 8 January with an advertised shipping time of 1–3 days. On 14 January I contacted customer support for an update but received no reply.
Doublepoint states that emails are answered within 1–2 business days, but my first email has now gone unanswered for a month, and my second message (sent via their contact form) has also received no response after a week.
The tracking link they provide for the expected shipping date is also utterly useless, as the date is repeatedly pushed back with no explanation.
DoublePoint has taken my money, has not shipped the receiver (despite still advertising 1–3 business day delivery) and do not respond to emails.

I'm happy with how my late delivery issue handled, they have very good customer service which i hear the same from my friends who purchased from Doublepoint before. Special thanks to Maarten for reaching me out when needed and answering me fast.
I paid €6,666.55 and to this day I have neither received the goods nor my money back. I’ve had to chase them repeatedly, and communication has been slow, inconsistent, and felt like stalling rather than real support. Even after providing the information they requested, the process kept dragging on with no clear timeline and no reliable updates.This has been an extremely frustrating experience and completely unacceptable for such a large amount of money. A reputable business should not require customers to send multiple reminders and threats of escalation just to get a basic resolution.Avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk losing time, dealing with poor customer service, and being left without the product or a refund.
Unfortunately the same experience as many people here. Ordered a standard receiver that would be a 2nd hand model on 21/11. Despite showing a 2 day delivery i heard nothing for 2 weeks. After contact by whatsapp (not working) and 10+ phonecalls i was finally contacted with a story about a robbery and that a new unit would be ordered, as otherwise 'a box would need to be build to ship the 2nd hand receiver'. Promises to call me back did not materialise and a new deadline was not respected. Cancelled my order and asked for a refund after almost a month. Stay away from this shop.
Update: Nachdem ich eine Trustpilot geschrieben habe, wurde ich direkt von Doublepoint kontaktiert. Mir wurde eine Alternative für ein anderes Modell (höherpreisig, ohne Zusatzkosten) angeboten, welches ich angenommen habe und dann nach weiteren Kontaktaufnahmen meinerseits (via Live-Chat), wurde der Receiver dann tatsächlich verschickt. Unterm Strich hat sich aufgrund des kostenlosen Upgrades das Warten mehr oder weniger gelohnt. Allerdings war es doch sehr mühlselig und ich glaub ohne die ursprünglich negative Bewertungen wäre bis heute noch nichts passiert (bis auf leere Versprechen und Hinhalte-Aussagen).Ursprünglich: Ich habe am 12.08.2025 einen AV-Receiver bestellt. Das einzige was schnell und problemlos funktioniert hat war das Abbuchung des Geldes von über 800€. Alles andere war dann eine einzige Enttäuschung. Wiederholt über unterschiedliche Kanäle (E-Mail & WhatsApp) nachgefragt, wann der Artikel denn endlich verschickt wird. Doublepoint.nl did fail to deliver a paid expensive product. After more than 4(!) months they still did not deliver, despite many many promises.
