I paid a bill on time and accurately, including the reference number, but the company claimed they couldn't allocate the payment. I reached out to customer service multiple times with clear evidence and dates, but received no satisfactory response. Due to their lack of proper investigation, we had to pay the bill again and incurred a late fee, despite the original payment being timely. Consequently, we were double charged. To this day, there has been no adequate explanation or refund for the overpayment. Customer service is extremely disappointing. Update: The response provided is again untruthful; I submitted a bank statement showing the reference number.
