I paid a bill on time and accurately, including the reference number, but the company claimed they couldn't allocate the payment. I reached out to customer service multiple times with clear evidence and dates, but received no satisfactory response. Due to their lack of proper investigation, we had to pay the bill again and incurred a late fee, despite the original payment being timely. Consequently, we were double charged. To this day, there has been no adequate explanation or refund for the overpayment. Customer service is extremely disappointing. Update: The response provided is again untruthful; I submitted a bank statement showing the reference number.
I ordered a cream that was expired by 1.5 years. I attempted to return it, but their code for the return box didn’t work, and I called them seven times without a response. After several days, they finally replied to my email. I do not recommend this service.
I received a gift voucher but was informed in-store that it could only be used online, despite confirming with another staff member beforehand and spending an hour selecting items. The branch was having a significant sale, and I had to leave empty-handed. The manager refused to accept the voucher, yet online it indicated it was valid in-store. I contacted customer service, providing the voucher number, but they took a week to respond and asked for more photos. I sent one from my webcam, but it seems unnecessary. They could easily verify the purchase with the number. My boss purchased it online, so it's just a printed document. She won’t be buying these as gifts in the future. I have low expectations for resolution given the level of service. I lost out on hundreds of CHF in discounts. Given the high prices, it would be cheaper to fly and shop duty-free. Update: The response to my complaint seems insincere, and despite encountering two friendly staff members, another was quite dismissive. I'm hesitant to return to use my voucher because of the manager's attitude. I refuse to let the company keep the CHF 100 as that benefits them without me gaining anything.
