Dealt with the Saturday team Spencer and Alastair today. Wasted my time in bringing me in to tell me someone had put in an offer of the property I was interested. Rude and Pushy overall wasn’t interesting in showing me property’s unless I went with their mortgage adviser.Think this reply is absolutely ridiculous. There was no need to liar in order to bring in to your office, how does this have a ‘friendly approach’ when your staff are blunt and rude? No other agencies needed to find out if I am in a strong position, as I already had a mortgage in principal set up. This just show how unprofessional and inexperienced your company is!!
