The guy didn't open the dishwasher inside. We don't really know what's wrong with the machine. We feel cheated because we don't have a diagnosis. He said it's a bump problem but he didn't check it inside. Later he left telling he would look for a piece. 3 days later he wrote me telling he could not find the piece. I asked him 2 or 3 time during 2 or 3 days what the name of the piece is, in order to search it by myself, but he does not answer. I think that after pay 20 euro I should have at least the name of the piece that he says he cannot find. This service is phishing.
