I scheduled a cleaning service for Monday, December 22 at 9:30 AM about a month in advance through their website. They called me on Friday, December 19 to confirm that I still needed the cleaner, and I confirmed that I did. On Monday, I waited for over an hour for the cleaner to arrive, but she never showed up. I attempted to call them, but their phone service wasn't accepting calls. I then went to their online chat and was told someone would get back to me. They did, and the representative was very courteous. He attempted to reschedule, but then he changed the terms of the job. I was very frustrated that I had to cancel in the end and wasn't informed beforehand. I could have made arrangements with another service... I won't be using them again.
The concept may seem promising, but the cleaning service is highly unreliable. For two years, I attempted to find a consistent cleaner through the platform, and it was a total failure. They frequently change the individual they send, and even worse, they cancel appointments just 10–15 minutes before they are scheduled to start—always using the same excuses. This has occurred three times, leading me to end the collaboration permanently. The problem lies entirely with the platform, as they are responsible for selecting the staff. Either they lack the ability to do this effectively, or they offer such low pay that cleaners leave immediately. I do NOT recommend this service. It’s a waste of money, time, and energy.
