At no point did I request any confidential information or account-specific details.Unfortunately, Tiffany was rude and unprofessional during the conversation. When I asked about the website, she responded that she couldn’t provide it and implied I was asking too many questions. She then asked for my name and the business I work at. I found this interaction frustrating, as my questions were straightforward and directly related to the company’s publicly available process—not any client or personal information.I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as professionalism and clear guidance are crucial when assisting agents with general process inquiries.
