The products are truly fantastic, but the after-sales support leaves much to be desired. Reaching out for help is nearly impossible, leading to frustrating exchanges with a chatbot. They sent the wrong item, and although I've returned it, they don't seem to understand that I want a refund, not a replacement for the incorrect flour. Quite frustrating!
