Great website which is easy to navigate. There's a brilliant selection of flour, to suit every use. I chose 3 interesting and unusual bread flours, as I plan to start baking my own bread again (by hand, not in a bread machine). I can literally get everything I need from flours, to yeast.
Everything arrived 48 hours after ordering, well packaged and in good condition in very attractive packaging.
The bags alone look lovely on the shelf. I liked the fact that there is a nice sized cardboard box with clean dry paper to keep everything in place for when it's in the hands of the courier. Flattened out and put back in the box, it'll go into my feed store for the little feral cat to sleep in on icy cold nights.
Had I read some of the reviews beforehand, it might have put me off ordering. However, when I read through them, and see people ranting and angry at the *courier*, yet leaving an undeserved bad reviews about Dove farms instead, I'm glad I didn't.
If I was Dove Farms, I'd be asking Google to remove the reviews not related to the business.
As it happens, the delivery driver was a smiling, friendly Portuguese man, who was delighted when I thanked him in Portuguese :-)

The products are excellent, but the after-sales support is lacking. It's nearly impossible to contact someone, leading to frustrating interactions with an automated system. They sent the wrong item, and even though I've returned it, they don't seem to understand that I need a refund instead of a replacement for the incorrect item. Very frustrating!

I received 28kg of flour last Friday, but 26kg had an expiry date set for April '26. This short-dated experience is disappointing, and when I tried to lift the 25kg bag, it ripped! I contacted the company on Friday but received no response. A longer shelf life would have been appreciated...

I ordered a bag of flour from this company, which was sent via a delivery service. After several confusing messages, it was marked as delivered to a porch, but I have no porch and received no parcel. The delivery service says it's the company's responsibility to refund me, but they insist I fill out an online form and email it back. As an older person, I find this process challenging and cannot do it. Now, I'm unable to get my refund since they refuse to provide an alternative method. Is this a fair way to treat someone who struggles with the necessary technology?
I rated the company with five stars for the quality and variety of products, along with the excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. I appreciated the 10% discount as a new customer. My only concern is the packaging quality, which could be improved to support the weight of the flours. The box containing my order opened at the bottom as the delivery driver placed it in my hallway. A bit more cardboard reinforcement and extra tape would help.
I love the flour and buy in bulk to save money, but my last delivery was a mess. It was supposed to arrive on a Friday after I rescheduled from Tuesday due to rain, yet it was delivered on an earlier day and left outside my house for what I believe was two days in the rain without any note or confirmation. I've reached out to both the company and the delivery service, but they have ignored my emails.
