The products are great, but the after-sales support is absolutely terrible. It's nearly impossible to contact anyone, leading to frustrating conversations with an AI. They sent the wrong product, and while I've requested a replacement, they don't seem to understand that I need a refund instead of the incorrect flour. Very frustrating!
