My daughter is coeliac and we like buying Doves Farm products from the supermarket. I decided to support the company directly by doing a bulk order from their website, which was slightly more expensive than buying from supermarkets but on balance was worth it as I could support the supplier and they (in theory) had a bigger range. I paid £4.95 for delivery despite doing quite a big order (many suppliers offer free delivery for large orders). I thought this was reasonable at the time but unfortunately delivery took 7 days, which I thought for a paid service was too long.Additionally there were two products missing (the ones not available in the supermarkets) so the whole exercise was pretty pointless. Doves Farm promptly refunded those missing items but made no attempt to make it right. I would have preferred the items to be posted out later but wasn't given this option.I wrote to Doves Farm to explain my disappointment but they didn't replyIt is a shame and after this I think I will end up buying more Schar products instead
