This pad is amazing, I have used the grounding sheets for years, and of course you have to replace afternoon many washes but still got results, but within 2 nights I feel my inflammation go down from hip arthritis almost 90%, I didnt use it for a few nights just to see the difference and it's night and day, I have avoided hip replacement for 7 years, there are some days when I have absolutely ZERO pain, it's been great.
