My sleep is much better and this addition has made a big difference
As a complimentary health practitioner I have taken many steps to improve my sleep and this has really made a big difference.
I have been using regular grounding sheets for over two years, and they helped alleviate terrible pain in one of my knees. When I heard about these new grounding pads, I was excited to try them instead of the sheets. Unfortunately, after eagerly waiting for my order, I found that the pads did not work at all. My knee pain has returned, and I plan to revert to the original grounding sheets. I also discovered that returns are not allowed if the product is opened or used, which is incredibly frustrating. How can I know if they work for me without trying them? Now, I am left with an expensive product that proves ineffective. This experience has been very disappointing.

I must admit, while I was excited to try grounding for the first time, I had some doubts. My first night was surprisingly wonderful. I usually wake up with the sunrise, but that morning I didn’t stir until 8:30 AM, oversleeping by at least an hour. I jumped out of bed without any stiffness, and my ankle felt fine on those first few steps. I felt rejuvenated and well-rested. I even bought one for my sister, who suffers from arthritis like I do. Although it was a gift, I couldn't wait to share my restful experience with her. We are both thrilled with this product, and I plan to order more.
