The grounding mat is proving to be great. I'm noticing a reduction in some swelling and it appears that my tiny spider veins may be beginning to disappear (only been using it 2 weeks though). The mattress cover--jury is out. We used it a week and a half then went on vacation for a week so I haven't had enough time to see results. My husband thinks it makes him sleep hotter, but we'll see. Company is top notch!
