Furst delivery was on time but the delivery man realised that they had only got one table instead of two. They sorted it out quickly and I had a phone call from someone in the dispatch department and not that long afterwards I had my second table. When I went to put the second table together, I realise that the little rubber discs to set the glass top on weren’t there. Within the first delivery the frame of the table came in a big cupboard box and the rubber disc were in the box. The second table was packaged but not in a box and there were no rubber disc. I eventually got to speak to the right person who apologise profusely and is sending them out first class post tonight.thd people I dealt with were professional and helpful.
