Ordered a small kitchen table, wasn’t available to see in store however ordered online and was good quality and arrived in store quicker than expected. Delivery day was agreed and I received a text the day before to give me a time slot. It was delivered as promised within this time slot.
New flooring. Ordered and installed. Everything went well. I was informed when ordering that it will take a few weeks to arrive. (That was fine as the price was good) They contacted me to let me know it was at store. I had it installed today be a tradesperson who was polite and respectful to myself and my property. Professional throughout.
Good customer service in store; great sale price for furniture; delivery on time and date with care given by delivery men. The packaging was thorough and fit for purpose, protecting the oak chest of drawers. Very satisfied with our experience from start to finish!
The purchase of a new mattress was seamless and handled in store very professionally without a hard sell.We were given time to make our choice alone without any undue pressure.The delivery was effected before the original estimate given a time slot which was adhered to.The delivery drivers were polite, professional and did their best to protect our property at all times.The quality of the mattress will become evident over time and use.
Furst delivery was on time but the delivery man realised that they had only got one table instead of two. They sorted it out quickly and I had a phone call from someone in the dispatch department and not that long afterwards I had my second table. When I went to put the second table together, I realise that the little rubber discs to set the glass top on weren’t there. Within the first delivery the frame of the table came in a big cupboard box and the rubber disc were in the box. The second table was packaged but not in a box and there were no rubber disc. I eventually got to speak to the right person who apologise profusely and is sending them out first class post tonight.thd people I dealt with were professional and helpful.
Ordered a mattress before Christmas, we knew there would be a 4-6 wait for delivery. Absolutely no issues ordering the one we wanted online, prompt emails confirming our order. We knew there would be a 4-6 week delivery time, and an estimated date was given at the time. I called Downtown the day before the delivery window, they were very helpful and told me what would happen and when. Arrived in the slot I was given, suitably packaged. Customer service was great, delivery was great, mattress was suitable packaged.
